Today, I am I'm grateful for:
My supportive family, my loving husband, and our ridiculous cat.
Also, the IF website, which provided me with this interesting blog exercise, among other things.
What would make today better?
If I were able to do a yoga workout on my own. Or at least a handstand (which I DID accomplish in yoga class last night - albiet with some help with my instructor).
Having a kale salad for lunch. You know, in the spirit of being healthy and taking care of myself. (Also, I'm writing this from a Whole Foods so that might have something to do with it ...)
